Deposit and withdraw with an exchange
To use OPUS services you need USDC in your wallet. This page shows how to bring USDC from an exchange into the OPUS app, and how to send it back.
Always choose the Polygon network. Every withdrawal and every deposit in this guide must be on Polygon. Any other network can lose your money for good.
What you need in your wallet
USDC
The money you pay with and receive. Always the USDC on the Polygon network.
A little POL too
POL is the coin that pays the network fee on Polygon. A very small amount is usually enough for many transfers (about 1 US dollar's worth, though fees change). Without POL you cannot send USDC to another address, such as back to an exchange.
Actions inside OPUS escrow can be sent without POL where the service supports it. Sending USDC to any other address, such as an exchange, always needs POL.
